Zagreb Symphony is a session orchestra based in Zagreb, Croatia.

A hand-picked group of highly skilled musicians who come together for special concerts and recording projects, the orchestra consists of many talented musicians who hold principal positions in other orchestras, both in Croatia and internationally. We also have notable soloists and members of esteemed chamber groups among our ranks. We aim to produce exceptional recordings and deliver outstanding performances.

The association was founded in 2011 by prominent music manager Prof. Ivica Cesarec to promote, develop and enhance orchestral music performance in the Republic of Croatia, as well as fostering the development of civil society, supporting young musicians and cultural professionals, and public relations.

Zagreb Symphony Orchestra was reformed in 2023 by Croatian conductor Miran Vaupotić to undertake a series of recording projects, beginning with a recording of the Nova TV News theme.

Future plans include recordings with several major labels, as well as live engagements in Croatia and abroad.
